How it Works:
The system consists of a fiberglass body that has two grooves, one for the sliding frame where the disposable bag is mounted, and one for the sliding protection screen.
During normal operating conditions, the protection screen stays elevated while liquid flows through the bag and its supporting frame and solids are trapped in the bag. When the bag is full, replacement is fast, easy and clean. As shown below:
  • Protection screen is lowered during replacement.
  • Bag-supporting frame is removed.
  • Full bag is replaced with new one.
  • Frame with new bag is lowered.
  • Protection screen is brought back to elevated position.
